  • Implement and enforce governance, security, and access controls (Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM)
  • Manage hybrid connectivity between on-prem environments and Azure
  • Own endpoint management strategy using Microsoft Intune (device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines)
  • Support application deployment and lifecycle management across endpoints
  • Design and execute disaster recovery strategy, including Rubrik and Azure-native resiliency solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex cross-platform and cloud issues at scale
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and enterprise security standards
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting production Azure environments at enterprise scale
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Azure networking, compute, storage, and identity
    • Entra ID and modern access/security models
    • Cloud governance, cost management, and optimization
  • Strong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, CLI, APIs)
  • Experience with Intune and modern endpoint management
  • Background working in regulated environments (HIPAA strongly preferred)
  • Ability to lead initiatives, make architectural decisions, and execute independently

Nice to Have

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (or similar certification)
  • Experience with Rubrik or enterprise backup/DR platforms
  • Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD practices
  • Experience in multi-site or highly distributed enterprise environments

Why This Role

  • Immediate impact opportunity in a senior-level backfill
  • High visibility with leadership and influence on cloud strategy
  • Stable, enterprise environment with long-term growth potential
  • Complex, modern Azure ecosystem—well beyond lift-and-shift
