Workday Functional Analyst I

Tech Partners is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I for a full-time, direct hire role supporting HR/Talent Acquisition systems. This position focuses on Workday Recruiting and HCM configuration, optimization, and ongoing support across multiple workstreams. Hybrid/onsite options are available.

What Youll Do

• Design, configure, test, and validate Workday functionality across assigned modules
• Evaluate and implement system enhancements, workflow changes, and new features
• Maintain deep knowledge of functional workflows and how Workday supports them
• Lead and support feature releases, system maintenance, and functional deployments
• Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with technical teams and end users
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions within system constraints
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and educational tools for end users
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups and ongoing process training
• Support deadline-driven projects, including occasional after-hours or weekend needs

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Close attention to detail andthe  ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• Workday experience or formal Workday training
• Experience supporting Workday Recruiting and/or HCM
• Ability to configure and maintain business processes, tenant setup, and system rules
• Experience with calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules
• Reporting and dashboard development within Workday

Role Details

• Location: Tulsa, OK 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Compensation: $82,742.40 – $124,134.40 (Direct Hire)
• Start Date: 03/30/2026
