Tech Partners is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I for a full-time, direct hire role supporting HR/Talent Acquisition systems. This position focuses on Workday Recruiting and HCM configuration, optimization, and ongoing support across multiple workstreams. Hybrid/onsite options are available.
What Youll Do
- Design, configure, test, and validate Workday functionality across assigned modules
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements, workflow changes, and new features
- Maintain deep knowledge of functional workflows and how Workday supports them
- Lead and support feature releases, system maintenance, and functional deployments
- Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with technical teams and end users
- Troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions within system constraints
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and educational tools for end users
- Participate in cross-functional workgroups and ongoing process training
- Support deadline-driven projects, including occasional after-hours or weekend needs
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Close attention to detail andthe ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Workday experience or formal Workday training
- Experience supporting Workday Recruiting and/or HCM
- Ability to configure and maintain business processes, tenant setup, and system rules
- Experience with calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules
- Reporting and dashboard development within Workday
Role Details
- Location: Tulsa, OK
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $82,742.40 – $124,134.40 (Direct Hire)
