Tech Partners – Recruiting on behalf of a Tulsa-based organization
Tech Partners is partnering with a Tulsa-based company to hire a Software Developer who enjoys building real-world systems that connect software with hardware. This is a great fit for someone who wants to work closely with a hands-on technical lead, contribute to internal applications, and support day-to-day business operations in a fast-moving environment.

What Youll Do
- Work directly with a lead developer on both hardware-integrated and software-driven projects
- Build and maintain internal applications that support operational workflows
- Write, test, and deploy code for systems interfacing with embedded devices, sensors, and industrial hardware
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing software systems and infrastructure
- Support IT operations, system administration, and technology integrations as needed
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and documentation
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Python, or C/C++
- Understanding of networking, APIs, and software-to-hardware communication
- Experience with embedded systems or microcontrollers (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs
- Exposure to Git and modern development workflows
- Some background in IT support, system integration, or automation scripting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a small, agile team
Work Environment
- Full-time, onsite role in Tulsa
- Standard office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor
- PPE required when in the shop (hearing protection, safety glasses, OSHA-compliant footwear)
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
