Tech Partners in Tulsa is partnering with a growing organization undergoing a major ERP transformation to NetSuite and is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to play a key role in that evolution. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on ERP experience and enjoys improving systems, processes, and data integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
  • Play a key role in ERP optimization and migration activities, including data validation, system integration, and reporting alignment (NetSuite experience strongly preferred)
  • Manage and analyze financial data flows between systems, ensuring accuracy during and after ERP transition
  • Calculate and validate complex sales commission structures across multiple plans
  • Oversee royalty administration, including contract interpretation, calculations, and reporting
  • Track and analyze sales performance against quotas
  • Lead and support the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance explanations
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies—especially within ERP workflows

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
  • Proven experience working within an ERP system environmentNetSuite experience or ERP migration exposure is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and financial reporting within ERP platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a professional office-based role requiring a mix of sitting, standing, and regular computer use. Responsibilities include communication, reporting, and standard office activities such as typing, reading, and light filing. Occasional light lifting (up to 40 lbs) and movement between work areas may be required.
