Network Administrator
Job Description:
Network Administrator (Onsite – Tulsa, OK)
We're partnering with a client in the Tulsa market to identify a hands-on Network Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day infrastructure support with longer-term architecture and improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support core infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and enterprise systems
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across a growing environment
- Maintain and optimize virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
- Administer and support Microsoft ecosystem technologies (M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, etc.)
- Develop clear documentation, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to support and enhance system performance
- Support application deployments, updates, and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational frameworks
- Provide end-user support, training, and technical guidance
- Participate in on-call rotation and support critical systems as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in network and/or server administration
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 platform (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, MPLS)
- Experience working in medium to large environments
- Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Nice to Have
- Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, VCP, ITIL, ISC2, ISACA, or similar
- Experience with SQL Server, SANs, or enterprise monitoring tools
