Web Developer

  • Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site
  • 85,000-115,000 USD / Year

Job Description:

Location: Tulsa, OK — On-site or Hybrid

Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

The Opportunity

A global manufacturer and distributor is making a significant investment in their digital future, and needs the right developer to lead it. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll drive a ground-up website redesign, architect a customer-facing e-commerce platform, and build the integrations that tie it all together with Oracle ERP.

If you've done this kind of work before and want ownership of something that matters, this is worth your time.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full redesign and modernization of a public-facing commercial website
  • Architect and build e-commerce functionality: product catalog, cart, checkout, and customer experience
  • Design and maintain integrations between the web platform and Oracle ERP (orders, inventory, pricing, customer data)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions
  • Optimize for performance, usability, and cross-device responsiveness
  • Own code quality: secure, maintainable, and built to last
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and shape the technical roadmap post-launch

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements

  • Solid web development experience — front-end and/or full-stack
  • Hands-on work building or supporting e-commerce platforms
  • Integration experience with ERP systems — Oracle ERP strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies: JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of database design and data integration patterns

Nice to Have

  • Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with product catalog systems, pricing models, and order workflows
  • Experience with payment processing and secure transaction handling
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or modern hosting environments

How You Work

  • Comfortable bridging conversations between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong troubleshooter who can own a problem end-to-end
  • Clear communicator — in code, documentation, and in the room
  • Adaptable in a collaborative, evolving environment

Why This Role

  • Lead a significant digital transformation — not a siloed ticket queue
  • Direct impact on the experience of a global customer base
  • Stable, well-established company with international reach and long-term investment in digital
  • Room to grow as the digital capabilities you build continue to expand

About the Client
